Alfred, we're not complaining about the people who support the applications - they're no more responsible for the way the products work than we are, and have many of the same issues to work through. The problem Axton was referring to is with the architecture and design of the products. I don't know if our paths have ever crossed, but thanks for all your years of service to us. Rick _____
