I see incredible resistance to share info. Two replies I got (one good one) put the range at US$25-$150/hr, but note the unscientific and insufficient sampling. It's probably a realistic range, because people were talking about their observations, not their rates. By my own estimate, $55-$125 is much more common (for development, not administration).
