I'm on V7, CMDB 2.x and have just configured the CMDB web service component on ServeletExcec as per the instructions on the CMDB install guide.
If I try to view the web service schema on IE after restarting the web server, using the URL:- http://remedydev1/cmdbws/server/cmdbws I get the following message displayed on IE.. this is the SOAP header schema this SOAP header SHOULD have soap-env:mustUnderstand set to "1" this header MUST be present at most once in any message.. Any idea where I should be setting soap-env:mustUnderstand? Pardon me if this is a very basic question... Joe No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
