Not sure if this will help - but I did sub-reports for certain things so
I did not have to do join forms. I have a form that collects data from
a vendor via email and those entries are tied to our help desk cases via
the Case ID. When I did the sub-report - that was the link. So I can
print a Report for a specific ticket with each corresponding entry in
the other form.

Subject: ODBC Driver: AR System ODBC Driver version 7.x

After configuring the AR System ODBC Driver to connect to crystal, I see
an
option right on the top of the list of all available tables, called 'Add
Command'.

Was this option available in the previous versions of the AR System ODBC
driver???

>From the looks of it you can write an SQL statement to create a view to
report out of.. I'm beginning to think this might be useful to create a
join
view of tables to report out of without creating the join form within
Remedy..

Has anyone used this option before? And what have you'll done using this
option. I'd like to see what different reporting possibilities this
option
makes available to a report developer.
