Hello All, Getting ready to cut over to version 7 from a 6.0.3 server. Wondering about the licensing situation. How will the licenses be handled? I know that the license file has to be converted but what are the licenses converted to? (Ex: Helpdesk license = Problem Management Application and Incident Management Application). Just trying to get an idea as to what to expect.
