The Host ID for the AR Server license is the same as that of the Atrium
App license - do you mean the Host ID must match the AR Server name?

The hostid does need to match the hostid of the server license.

If you have a login to BMC support you can download 30 day trial
licenses
yourself without needing to get BMC to do it for you.
