I have a requirement to add a field to the Requester Console, which on create will then be pushed along with the rest of the fields to create an Incident. Adding the field is not difficult, it is getting it passed along with all the other fields to create the Incident. Has anyone else done this and care to share what is the best way to go about doing this? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
