Hi Tarun,

Please confirm if you are able to connect to your database server using
database client ? And also let us know the ARS Server version as we need
compatible oracle client to connect to ARS server depending on the ARS version.

Thanks,
Mahesh

We have upgraded from Oracle 9.2 to Oracle 10g. But when we are staring AR
Services. It is giving error as: "arserverd: fatal: libclntsh.so.9.0 : open
failed: No such file or directory" though we have already changed Dbhome
Directory for this server. It looks it is referring some older reference of
Oracle 9.

Please share if somebody has an idea why this is giving error or if any other
changes are required at remedy end.

 Regards,
 Tarun
