I am trying to install AR 7.0 Server on the same machine with 6.3 and is
running into "Failed to create a Valid Admin User ........ " at the end
of the installation during the Import Form and User Data. Any
suggestion? Thanks

Yes... I have a machine with multiple instances of 5.x, 6.x and
7.x all running on the same machine (sometimes all at the same time, but
usually not).
