This issue with CMDB 2.0.1. is a defect ( SW00264937).
Solution is given below:-
There's an issue where the audit qualification is not properly parsed.
To workaround this issue, the audit qualification had to be removed.
In the attached XML document, starting at line 43:
<qualification>
<relationalOperation>
<operation>equal</operation>
<left>
<fieldId>400127400</fieldId>
</left>
<right>
<value>
<characterValue>BMC.ASSET</characterValue>
</value>
</right>
</relationalOperation>
</qualification>
Once the changes were saved the XML document could be imported. Note,
the audit qualifications were of course lost and had to be manually
added back after the XML import.
