The client I am using is 6.03.00 patch 20. I was told to delete my .arf and .arv files. Are these files in my workstation or the server or both? What is the reason for the creation of these files?. I flushed the mid-Tier cache and I still have the same problem.

(You did not indicate which client your using) 2) I seem to vaguely remember a bug about these properties being set/not set in the an admin tool v6.3 patch xx (something).
