Rami

There are two fields for Status reason.. the one we see is
"z1D_Status_Reason" the hidden is "Status_Reason".
You need to add the value to SYS:Status Reason Menu Items form and also
modify the fix attributes of "Status_Reason" hidden field to make both fit.

IMHO a very strange design decision.
