Hello Everyone, I am trying to get a case history status report when I click on the Shortcut --> Status History option in the user tool when I am in Helpdesk version 5.6 I am getting " Error occurred in generating report. (ARERR 1658)". Did anyone experienced this problem?. can anyone help? Environment: --- AR system 6.3 --- Microsoft Windows server 2003 --- SQL server Database --- Helpdesk version 5.6 ------ The client I am using is 6.03.00 patch 20.
