I had once got this error and it went away after ticking the 'Use of underscore' checkbox in the AR ODBC settings in the User DSN.
On another occasion I had got this same error because there was a bug in the rpt file that this report was based out of. After replacing the rpt file with a patched file available with Remedy, this error had gone away.. Hope this helps..
