Hey everyone-
This is probably something fairly simple that just isn't clearly explained on the support site. We want to take a license off our current dev server and put one on a brand new server that we are doing a fresh installation on. I did a purge request where I supplied the old license key and the new host ID. I got a new key via email fairly quickly, but when I applied it I got the warning "ARWARN [469] Warning, this key is not valid for this server. The preceding message occurred during the execution of active link AR System Licenses Console:Update License -- action 1. (ARNOTE 1101)" After clicking OK the normal "BMC Software herby grants..." popup appeared. Our old license was for 6.3, and we are doing an install now of 7.1. We are on RHEL 5 and DB is Oracle 10g. There is no upgrade going on, everything is a fresh out of the box install. Thanks for any help with this!
