Hi Guys,
I'm trying to integrate a custom made ARS form with the SLM service target,
but there is no respond from the service target.
*The Details:*
The steps that I did to configuring custom AR System form:
1- Open the Application Administration Console.
2- Choose Service Level Management > Configure Application Settings > Data
Sources.
3- In the basic tab
a- I choose my form in the (App Form) filed.
b- In the Data source display as: I enter a name.
c- In the Data source Instance ID: generated by the system.
d- Data Source Type: AR System Application Form
e- Field As Unique Identifier: I choose the Request ID.
4- In the Advance Tab
a- I choose Yes for (Create Fields and Join Form)
5- The Request base tab, MSP/ Business time tab and Administration tab
a- I leave them blank.
And after that I defined a service target as following:
1- I chose the service target tab and click on create button.
2- In step 1:
a. I add the Title.
b. In apply to (the name of the form that I create in Data source).
c. In Goal Type: Firas Request (Request Base)
d. Term and condition: 'test_Status' = "New"
3- In step 2:
a. In the minutes: 10 Min.
4- In step 3:
a. Start when: 'test_Status' = "New"
b. Stop when: 'test_Status' = "Closed"
5- In step 4:
a. Define one milestone that execute after 50% of the time and when
'test_Status' = "New"
b. Define an action the send an alert.
c. Define another action to push a vale to a filed in my form.
Then I save the service target and it generate a join form and 2 filters:
1- SLM00102_MeasReqAssoc
2- SLM00102_1010_1min_BR
*My question is:*
Did I forget something in the Data source configuration or on service target
definition?
Because the actions in the SLM is not executed at all when I'm entering a
new request in my form
