Follow the Filters to see what's running, and make sure that the plugins are
referenced correctly (i.e. without the explicit paths) in the ar.cfg/conf
file.

Also be aware that there are migration issues - we're still figuring out the
combination of forms/data that have to be migrated - and in what order - to
allow us to move SLM from one server to another.
