The settings in HKLM\Software\Remedy\AR System Administrator\JVMOptions are the same.. for example:
-Dhttp.proxySet=true -Dhttp.proxyHost=YourProxy.company.com - Dhttp.proxyPort=123456 Ensure you also set the AR.CFG file also. You will probably need to contact your network admin for that information. ALSO, ask them the question if the proxies require opening IP addresses for servers.
