I would say that is exactly what has happened.  But don't pick on Josh too
much!  He's been posting a lot of what looks to be good positions!  Keep it
up Josh!

As was stated earlier, not everything is "urgent".  And Magic isn't the same
as Remedy (them's fightin words mister!).

Keep 'em coming Josh.  There are hungry Remedy Devs and admins out there who
appreciate it!
