Regarding the chair... :) Honestly, if you want, don't bother with my link... I mean, all that is is a small effort to reclaim costs incurred in hosting my various websites. BUT! If you do one thing, investigate, quite seriously, a chair like that. It has made a world of difference for me. I had back pains (constant, daily pain) for the last 3-4 years due to my desk job. Now, I'm still doing the same job, the same hours, but I have no pain. I'd say that speaks for itself.
