BMC Remedy ARS 7.0.1, BMC Remedy MidTier, BMC Remedy Email Engine, BMC
Remedy Assignment Engine, BMC Remedy Atrium CMDB, BMC Remedy IM, BMC Remedy

I want registrate request from email system to ARS.
I write and send next message to AREmail inbox(Subject:
test_email_rqc_request):

Schema: RQC:ServiceRequestWizard
Server: DF-ARS-01
Login: admin
Password: ####
Action: Submit
# Values: Submit, Query
Format: Short
# Values: Short, Full
Summary*+!301544700!: test request
Urgency*!1000000162!: 3-Medium

Email engine reply me whith empty message, subj "RE
:test_email_rqc_request", but no requst's registred in ARS.

Form "AR System Email Error Log" don't have any error's 

if field "Summary", for example, empty in message - i get error 4946 and
replied message have next text:
Instruction:    Submit
Instruction Number:    1
Instruction Template:    

Message Type:  
Message Number: 4946
Message Text: No field values supplied
Appended Text:


can any1 help me?
all settings in ARS and EmailEngine - default.
