I'm from russia, ARS Server Language - RUS;UTF-8

I change Debugging options for the BMC Remedy Email Engine, Main Application
Level from SEVERE to INFO:
com.remedy.arsys.emaildaemon.level = INFO

Now, When i write email from my locale mailbox, i have next message in AR
System Email Error Logs form:
"Could not find a map value for windows-1251 in
MimeToJavaMapping.properties"

When i write email from my yahoo.com mailbox, i have next message:
"Could not find a map value for us-ascii in MimeToJavaMapping.properties"

any idea?
