Hi Patrick, When you setup an historical flashboard it must collect the data going forward. You will not get a graph of past activity. In the Flashboard under Configure Variable for Display Type select History. Then go to your Variable under Schedule turn on data collection and set your frequency and time. Brian

What I created was a line chart, added 2 variables - which are working (a and b tickets) Configure variables I allowed Drill down and customizable options Display type real time, I have tried display type of History - get nothing I have tried display type of Real - get 1 instance - which is a daily poll -- seems to be correct. I have tried summary, and get a Timeline for the Day.. I need all the datapoints for the last month. and eventually Year..
