Nope. The data gets written into the FB:History form according to the
schedule you set. You will have to start from scratch.

ok, Now If the Variables have data collection on and Summary on, and I
am not deleting the Data.
Can I not display a historical view ?
Can I just pull it from the fb data sources ?
you would think if the data is there, it would be possible to show it..

        Hi Patrick,

When you setup an historical flashboard it must collect the data
going forward. You will not get a graph of past activity. In the
Flashboard under Configure Variable for Display Type select History.
Then go to your Variable under Schedule turn on data collection and set
your frequency and time.

        Brian

        Hello,,
I created a flashboard that is suppose to give a historical view
of ticket growth.
What I created was a line chart,
added 2 variables - which are working (a and b tickets)
Configure variables I allowed Drill down and customizable
options Display type real time,
I have tried display type of History - get nothing
I have tried display type of Real - get 1 instance - which is a
daily poll -- seems to be correct.
I have tried summary, and get a Timeline for the Day..
I need all the datapoints for the last month. and eventually
Year..

Can someone shed a little extra light on this subject ?
