If you have already created a data form - no. You will need to create a display only form from scratch by copying all except the core fields from the data form to the new display only form you are creating. What you could however do is before deleting the data form if you do not need it, is create the display only form by copying all the non core fields, share the workflow of the original form with the display only form, and then delete the data form if it is no longer needed.
Check all the workflow for consistency.. If you had any workflow with references to core fields, it will need to be modified to remove the references.
