Brian,
We had problems in 6.3. We installed patch 23 to fix the issue with
multiple copies of the cache being loaded. I would hope that would be
fixed in ARS 7.1.
However, we also discovered that if you forced a notification filter to
fire in phase 1 (`! naming convention) duplicate emails were received. We
notified BMC of the issue but didn't push it because we really don't need
to use it.

Occasionally an end user will get the same email from ARS twice. Has anyone
seen this behavior before?
