Check the list archives there have been some threads in the past regarding building a way to automatically send report from Remedy. You didn't mention what kind of file type you are looking to send. We built a process with 2 forms, 3 filters and 1 escalation that will send a CSV. Let me know if this is what you are looking to do and I can give you more details. If you are looking to run a Crystal Report check out Crystal Reports Exporter at http://www.rainforestnet.com/crexport-download.htm.
