Dear List,
We are facing a very critical issue on our production box. The
performance has gone down drastically. Every time if anyone tries to
update a ticket on HPD/CHG the server returns with Timeout during
Database Operation error.
After going through the arerror.log we found following errors

IF we restart the server it works fine for few minutes but after that
the same issue.
We are using arsystem6.3 patch 23 on windows 2003 with Oracle
Has any one come up with the same issue?
