Good morning all, After installing Patch 6 of ITSM 7, we started getting some strange emails coming out of the system. For example, if we have a Change Request that has two Approvers, they get notified, as do a handful of other people that are not related to the Change Request in any way. There are three people that almost always get approval emails for Change Requests that do not have any relation to them, and sometimes a few other people get the emails. When they log into the system, there is no Approval waiting for them.
Has anyone had such a problem before, and if so, how did you address this?
