I created an Integer field called "Days Open" and created an Active Link
(execute on Display) with a Set Fields as such:

     ($TIMESTAMP$ - $Arrival Time$) / 86400

In my Run If, I used the following:

     (($TIMESTAMP$ - 'Arrival Time') > 3600) AND ('Status' < "Resolved")

So this only calculates when you are displaying the ticket. Also, it
does not take into consideration any time the ticket is reopened.

Hope this is helpful,
Kelvin

Hello,

If you want just to have the age on days you can set a counter to 0 on
each ticket and increase it by one each day with an escalation while the
ticket is open.

Subject: Incident Age Calculate

I'm looking to add a field to the Help Desk form for the age of a ticket
(in
days) from the submit date to the current date. Any ideas on how to
calculate this via workflow?
