Chris, Do you receive the email message in Outlook from "an address which goes to everyone on the help desk"? We had a problem sending email to Verizon cell phones and it turned out to be the way Verizon handled text email. It seems that it worked better as an HTML formatted message. We added an email template and the messages went through. HTH,

It works when emails are sent from Outlook, but not when sent from Remedy. I tried going to the messages form and sending one directly from there, but still nothing. Is there something special I need to do for it to work?
