You may want to look at the underlying forms / data sources that are referenced 
by the plug-in and determine if the structure of these data objects may have 
changed.    If so, either the plug-in code must be modified to reflect the new 
structure of the form(s) or alternately modifications to the data source must 
be backed out so that the plug-in will map correctly to the various data 
columns.
