Listers,
I know zero about ITSM, but I was asked this question by my PM and
I have no idea how to answer. Is it possible to add the Asset Management, or
Change Management, etc. on top of an existing AR System application, and if so,
what else needs to be in place to make it function? (CMDB? Licenses? Etc.)
