Technically "yes", as long as the "Existing Application" does not conflict
with the OOB Names. ( I assume the application is a "custom" application)

You'll obviously need licenses for AM & CM Modules (in addition to the
purchase of said modules), they include CMDB as a base core.

So you would install CMDB
Then CM
Then AM

Technically the installation order for CM/AM should not matter, but I have
my preferences...
