Are you creating "requests" for Incidents? If there isn't a request,
there won't be a row on the Requester Console.

There is a setting in the application configuration to "Create Request on
Submit" -- via Incident Rules.
and
There is also the option on the Incident form / Advanced Functions to
"Allow Request Creation"

Have you verified that all the requests have no errors? (View requests
with errors)

tony

Subject
Requester Console not Displaying All Records for a Company

**
Hello All,

Remedy 7.0.01
SQLServer 2005
Stupid Question Time :)

Does anyone know how to configure/navigate from the mid-tier so that a
user can see all tickets for a company?
I have a customer with 120 tickets, but they can only view 16 from the
mid-tier requester console.
I thought I could do a right mouse click on the Requestor Console/Mid-tier
and get a "Next" or "Previous" but get nothing.
I have been all over the client and the form in the admin tool looking for
some config setting to solve this issue, but can't find anything.
Is this a configuration setting that I need to set? Or is this by design?

Thanks To All,

Jase Brandon
