Atul File->Server Information->Log Files tab around the bottom have a look at the field Client Side Logging Group and set it to the appropriate group. but if you are logged in as Demo, you must have Admin privileges, so I don't understand why you cannot do filter logging from the User Tool? If that fails then set the Filter Logging to on by clicking the tick box on the Log Files tab. let me know if this works
