Hi All, I need to push attachments in the Email Messages form to a regular form called CSC" Email.
Incoming Email (customer response) that has a ticket number in the Subject line gets pushed to a separate form called CSC: Email. One form, three filters and it works great. The challenge I have is taking any email attachments that are in the incoming email and pushing them to the CSC Email form. Does not appear to be a field that I can push to.
