Thanks Strauss, you're correct :)

I tried to grep for any string containing 'BackupLoadFlag' on the AIE
7.1 patch 1 for Solaris installer files.
( find . | xargs grep BackupLoadFlag )

Since I didn't find any arx files for EIE:BackupLoadFlag form, so I
manually import the instance data using Remedy Import to that form..
and AIE works now :)

But, still get AIE stability problem, it often killed and generating
'core' file, even when importing only small data to CMDB.
I will report the solution to this list after getting AIE stability
solution from Remedy Support.
