I hope that doesn't happen.  Support's response in either case is
going to 'reinstall' or 'upgrade to the latest patch' or 'it's as
designed'; the only thing that happens when it's all locked down is
the option is lost to actually fix problems in the software.  I hope
they are taking the time to architect the client in a way so that it
behaves predictably (response time and behavior), document it clearly
enough to allow people to do whatever they want, and not so fragile
that it breaks horribly on it's own like the current admin tool does.

I crash my admin tool at least 3 times a day, sometimes a lot more,
it's all locked down so I can't see or do anything about it except
call support, which is just a waste of time.  I would really like to
move away from that.
