I have a customer that uses runmacro.exe to submit tickets. Part of what he's sending me is short description. Randomly, he will receive an error saying short description is required, and that he left it blank. However, he is clearly putting data in it.
This particular ticket we're looking at, the user has put => a bunch in the short description. We are wondering if this is what would have caused the issue. Does anyone have any feedback on characters you cannot put in the value of a field for runmacro.exe?
