Hi Anthony, 6.3 supports the rappsvc? I could have sworn that the rappsvc broke in version 6.0. I think mostly because of the change in the license format, the rappsvc couldn't tell that the ARS server and OOTB apps were licensed.
With our server that went from 4.5.2 to 6.0 the we had to change the filters that check the OOTB application license. BMC gave sue a def file that replaced the old filters with the newer functionality to check licenses using ARS. Also making changes to our SLA module broke because the rappsvc was used to modify the SLA filters. The SLAs still worked though, it was only modifying SLAs that wouldn't work.
