Frank, The default menu (auto supplied by the system) for field 112 or any of the 60000-60999 fields will have all of the groups in it. However you can attach any menu that you build to the field as well.
So create a list of records that you want to show on the menu and create the menu to display those records. Return the 'Group ID' value with a trailing ";" then attach the menu to the field(s) and you should be good to go. Some people have suggested making modifications to the Group form. While you could choose that path, I would suggest that you do not go there. I would build a shadow form that you have total control over so that you can isolate any of your application changes from any changes that BMC might make to the Group form. In the long run it will provide you much more flexibility and stability too.
