** Hello, I searched the process on the server. Once found, I tried running it by double clicking it. But it showed an error at commandline as: "Message Not In Catalog. Message Number = 4583 (ARAPPERR 4583) c:\arservdb\araps_brie.lck"
I searched by this error number in the error messages documentation. It shows the following description for the error - "Error while opening the Approval Server Lock File" The AR System encountered an error while attempting to open the Approval Server Lock file <arserver_install_dir>\arserver\db\ar.lck.390609." Can anybody suggest a solution to solve this issue ? Running processes are listed on the Processes tab within the Task Manager dialog on your server. Depending on the version of your system the process may be called differently. On our 7.0.01 server, the process is called slmbrsvc.exe. As you are also getting plugin errors, you may want to enable plugin logging and kill process called arplugin.exe The remedy server service should start both processes automatically. Hope this helps Jiri Pospisil LCH.Clearnet -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Abhijit Oak Sent: 14 April 2008 16:05 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: SLAs stuck at Build In Progress ** Hello, I am facing the same issue on my server.
