Hi Listers,

 

I have a grave concern regarding the way BMC Remedy v5.5 and even v7.1
is tracking the deleted records.

 

Problem:

 

I had created a General Notification Group in Configuration Manager in
Remedy ITSM5.5.Added four members

To the group.To my horror I saw that there are only three members in the
group now, but I had no clue where to

Look for if the record has been deleted by someone. I had not logged on
the Server.

 

Is there any way other than logging where I can track the deleted
records from Remedy.
