Hi!
You can do one of the following:
1. Turn on Audit for the form
2. Create a log-to-file-filter for the form and the operations you select
3. Create your own custom audit form where you push records whenever an
operation of your choise occurs
A delete-operation was not originally a "normal" operation in Remedy. That
is why the logging/tracking functionality for these operations are lacking
in functionality.
