Does anyone know how to correct this? I get it when I try to run the CI Viewer from the CMDB Console, Browse Information screen. I get it on my workstation. Another gentleman does not and the CI Viewer works as advertised. I get a feeling it's a parameter someplace that I have set wrong. My environment is: Solaris ARS 7.1p2 CMDB 2.1p2 ITSM 7.0.3p7 Mid-Tier 7.1p2 Gordon M.
