Hi Sileem, With recent versions of the User tool the crystal runtime has its own uninstall listed in add/remove programs. The best way to get the user tool install to re-install the crystal runtime is to uninstall it from there. No amount of renaming or removing files does the trick in my experience. Once crystal is removed re-install the user tool and make sure you select crystal runtime as an option. Regards, Rod Harris
