Hello All, Has anyone experincied the below: ARS 7.1 Patch 002 Incidents created are displayed in the Incident Managment Console, but are NOT displayed in the Overview Console. I have checked all settings regarding 'Application Preferences' and 'Console View' and we have no customizations on the Overview Console. After we installed 7.1 Patch 002, this problem occured immediately after. I am getting endless requests for log files after several meetings of demonstrating the problem. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem.
