We have recently migrated to Remedy ARS version 7.0.1 and wanted to go to the Web access interface via Mid-tier. My question concern the Report functionality, when I create and save a new report by using the "Report Creator" form with one user who have only a "Read" license everything works fine but once this report is saved, if I would like to modify something (like adding a new field in the Report) with the same user, I get the error message saying that I do not have write access to the different fields... So this is really problematic because I can create a report with a user having a "Read" license but this user is unable to change this report afterwards !!! Is there a way to fix that so that user having a "Read" license can also modify their own saved report...
