I changed the Submitter mode to locked and It works... Do you know what
is the impact of changing this "Submitter mode" from Changeable to
Locked ?

Please verify three things...

1) Your using Submitter mode locked on the ARS server(s) in question.
2) The data row in question ( the report) shows field 2 ('Submitter')
as the correct $ USER$ value.
3) The fields that are being changed have 'Submitter' group change
access to them.


I seem to remember some bug with the Reporting forms/workflow that was
resolved somewhere in the 7.x line that affected how 'Submitter's
value was set and maybe even the permissions on some of the fields. If
any of the three above do not "look right" then I would contact BMC
Tech support and see if they think your at a version/patch level that
does not have this fixed yet.
